Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are permitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, inside its original packaging with all included accessories and the original invoice.
3. Exceptions: Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the item has been opened, used, damaged, or broken due to customer misuse.
4. Shipping Costs:
   - In case of a manufacturing defect: The company will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.
   - For regular returns (change of mind): The customer is fully responsible for bearing all return shipping fees.
5. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Prior Notice: Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate and approve a return or exchange request before shipping any product back.
